The Calisthenics Program Volume 2 design is very similar to Version one however there are a few new additions, higher intensity, and increased number of reps . Ideal for those who have completed Version 1 and are ready to take on new challenges. This program will guide you from day one through a comprehensive 10-week journey, providing you with an ideal regime for muscle growth, strength, and endurance. Designed for optimal results, it will help you increase the number of reps and elevate your fitness to another level. In the program, exercises are distributed daily over the entire 10 weeks, giving you clear guidance on what to do each day. You will have direct access to the same methods I use in my personal work, with workouts tailored to your individual goals and physical fitness level, complete with the precise number of sets and reps.
